Meet Ace aka Raphael

This handsome guy is Raphael! He is a 2-year-old pup that was wandering around as a stray and followed our executive director home. He knew exactly who to ask for help!! Two of our staff members went and picked him up and brought him to the shelter, and discovered that he was the biggest love bug EVER!! He was all kisses and tail wags and rode so nicely in the truck.

Though no one came looking for him, we are glad he came to us because he had a skin infection and Demodex Mange. He has taken the first dose of treatment for the mange and is on antibiotics for the skin infection. His skin is already looking so much better and he is ready to find a home, adopters will just have to finish his medications.

Raphael absolutely loves people. He also plays well with other dogs, but is very pushy when he plays, which some dogs may not like. Another playful dog would probably love his company. He will need a home without cats.
